Getting to know Joanne –
I was born and raised in California. From early on I was interested in joining activities where I could participate. Part of my independence was taking myself to the neighborhood recreation center and signing myself up for tap dancing classes at 7 years old. I was a girl scout, selling the most cookies two years in a row (they were 35 cents) at that time. I went to summer camps, belonged to a horse back riding club and enjoyed many adventures. During my school years I was very involved in school activities and was elected class officer on several occasions.
Working days –
I moved to Las Vegas in 1995 so I have seen tremendous change in the market. When I started my working career, I knew I wanted to do something where I could work with people. My first choice was real estate. The thought of helping clients make one of the most important decisions in their life was very appealing to me. It does not matter if my clients are entry level buyers or high end buyers, I have the same compassion to “help and inform”. I have worked on new home sales as well as resale homes in very troubled markets with 18% interest rates. It all worked out and I still love it.
Loving Windermere –
I love being a Windermere agent. Windermere is a fun and challenging company that offers agents many opportunities. You can be assured that your transaction will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Windermere belongs to Leading Real Estate Companies of the World with a fabulous relocation program and is consistently voted #1 Best Places to Work.
Loving my neighborhood –
I have been a board director in my neighborhood for several years. I send out market updates every 6 months to keep my neighbors informed of the latest market activity. My neighbors know they can call me anytime. Friendship and support from my clients helped make me who I am today.
